Welcome to the Pediatric Care Network Registry. This registry was designed and developed as a tool to help pediatric providers take better care of their patients and ensure patients are receiving the right care, in the right setting and at the right time. The goal of the registry is to help providers manage patients in the primary care setting. Currently, the registry is being used to help build/maintain healthy lifestyles and manage patients with asthma in the primary care setting.
